March 4th - “Nothing’s too hard for God” Prayer Summit at Central Assembly, leaving the church at 4:00 p.m. 
Jim Cymbala, senior pastor of Brooklyn Tabernacle, NY since 1971 and author of several best selling books including Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire, Fresh Power and Breakthrough Prayer will be the speaker. The Brooklyn Tabernacle Singers will also be there to sing. Please sign up at the SAM table in the South Foyer. We hope to be able to take the coach. March 7th - Widows - Mark Lowry Be the Miracle Tour – High Street Baptist Church, Springfield, 7:00 p.m. Also appearing will be LordSong and Stan Whitmire. Cost of tickets will be $14.50 in advance. There will be a signup sheet at the SAM table in the south foyer – we will need this information and money soon in order to get the tickets. March 29th - 9:00 a.m. - Quarterly Birthday Breakfast, Village Inn Restaurant, Ozark. We will have our own private room. It is not a buffet – we will order off the menu. Prices vary, but each person can spend what they wish. There is one breakfast special that is fairly inexpensive, and there will be a senior discount. We will celebrate January, February and March birthdays. *[We had to discontinue offering free breakfasts to the birthday people, as it was getting too expensive due to the growth we are experiencing. Each person will be responsible to pay for his/her own meal.]

May 15–17 – ENCORE District Senior Adults Camp Meeting, Cross Pointe Camp and Retreat Center, Lake of the Ozarks. The Grammy Award winning McDuff Brothers will be the speakers/singers. We need to make reservations now if we want to go. Each person/couple will need to make their own reservations. This information is printed and available at the SAM table in the South Foyer. The cost is from $80 - $130 per person, depending on the type of housing you choose, with a required deposit of $20 per person. The cost includes registration, meals, workshops, activities, after service snacks and housing of your choice. There is an optional boat ride that will cost $12 extra. We are hoping to have a good group to attend.
June 7th - Outdoor Barbecue – location to be announced.
June 16-21 – District Trip (50+) – Oklahoma & Texas - 4 Plays in 6 Days. Tulsa, Oklahoma – Roger and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma – Amarillo, Texas, the play 7 Brides for 7 Brothers – Hot Springs, Arkansas, where the Assemblies of God was founded – the play The Witness. The information on this trip is available at the SAM table in the South Foyer. Each person/couple will have to make their own reservations for this if they wish to go. The cost is $450 per person with a required deposit of $150 per person. The cost includes registration, trip, hotels, breakfasts, plays and 2 evening meals.
